Everia Terms of Use<\/h1>\n

SMS messaging terms and compliance<\/h3>\n

1. Program Description:<\/h4>\n

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Everia through our website or through our scheduling forms, and who have explicitly consented to receive SMS notifications. Consent is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications. <\/p>\n

2. Cancellation instructions:<\/h4>\n

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text \"STOP\" to the same number that sent you messages. By texting \"STOP\", we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resubscribe, register as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages. <\/p>\n

3. Support Information:<\/h4>\n

If you have any issues with the email program, reply with the keyword \"HELP\" for further assistance, or contact us directly at <\/span>info@everia.ca<\/a> <\/span>during business hours.<\/p>\n

4. Liability of operators:<\/h4>\n

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.<\/p>\n

5. Messaging and Data Rates:<\/h4>\n

Message and data rates may apply for messages we send to you and that you send to us. The frequency of messages varies depending on your use of the service and your appointment schedule. If you have any questions about your email or data plan, contact your wireless service provider. <\/p>\n

6. Supported carriers:<\/h4>\n

Our SMS program works with all major Canadian wireless carriers, including Rogers, Bell, Telus, Videotron and most regional carriers.<\/p>\n

7. Age restriction:<\/h4>\n

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.<\/p>\n

8. Privacy Policy:<\/h4>\n

For any questions related to privacy, please consult our Privacy Policy at <\/span>\/privacy<\/a><\/p>\n

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and industry guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.<\/p>\n
