How do you select your partners?
We give preference to contractors who demonstrate seriousness and a good quality of work. In particular, we examine their track record and achievements and verify the necessary qualifications when the type of work requires it.
Who is responsible in the event of damage or problems with the work?
The work is carried out directly by the Everia Network's partner contractors. Everia is not the insurer of the work and does not pay compensation directly in the event of a claim.
If damage occurs or a claim must be made, you must contact the contractor concerned directly and, where applicable, their insurer.
That said, your experience is important to us. If you have a bad experience with one of our partners, we invite you to let us know. We will be able to review the situation and take appropriate action regarding their presence within the Everia Network.
