The problem we decided to solve
The best contractors in Quebec don't lose contracts because they don't work well. They lose money because no one answers the phone while they are on the jobsite. Because the submission sent on Thursday is never relaunched. Because the entire sales system lives in their heads, their emails and their workbook.
Meanwhile, big companies have teams, tools, CRMs, structured marketing. Not because they work better. Because they have the means to equip themselves.

Co-Founder, Strategy & Automation

Massyl Ait Si Amar is president and co-founder of L'Agence Everia, where he leads the strategic vision, business development and client relations for Quebec SMEs in the construction and skilled trades sectors. A graduate in Operations and Logistics Engineering from ÉTS, he has been working for a decade in the improvement and automation of business processes, with a clear mission: to enable companies to do more with less. Also a teacher at LaSalle College in management, he puts his field experience at the service of the next generation, convinced that training young people is one of the most sustainable levers for building the future of Quebec.
Jeremy Sauro
Co-Founder, Technology & Integrations

Full-stack developer and co-founder of Everia, Jeremy Sauro has been working in programming and web creation since his beginnings in multimedia integration at Cégep Bois-de-Boulogne. From game and app development to custom websites for businesses, he continues this practice as a freelancer. It was at Studio ParaNoya, in early 2025, that he met Alexis and Massyl to found Everia. Now responsible for the agency's technical infrastructure, he builds the integrations, automations and AI agents that propel the growth of his partners. His conviction is that a good, reliable and well-built system allows a Quebec company to stop losing contracts.
Alexis Chebeia, P.Eng.
Co-Founder, Business Development

A computer engineer graduated from Concordia University with distinction, Alexis has been immersed in the world of programming and system architecture for more than a decade. His career path has taken him from data engineering at Bell to teaching AI programming at LaSalle College, an experience that allows him to popularize complex concepts and turn them into concrete tools. Now co-founder and head of business development at Everia, he puts this technical background to work for the growth of his partners. By focusing on intelligent automation, it transforms operational challenges into fluid and efficient systems to propel companies towards their goals.
